1. Returns

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may initiate a return within 30 days of receiving the product. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

- The item must be in its original condition and packaging.
- The print must be free from any signs of damage, wear, or alteration.
- You must provide proof of purchase, such as the order number or receipt.

Please note that customized or personalized prints are non-returnable, except in the case of manufacturing defects or damage during transit.

2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within [number of days] after approval.
